This consent applies to genetic and related information voluntarily submitted by you for the purpose of providing genomic analysis, report generation, and related service functionality requested by you.

By proceeding, you confirm that:

• You voluntarily submit your genetic data for genomic analysis and report generation.
• You explicitly consent to DN46 Labs Ltd (trading as Genetase) processing your genetic data and related special category personal data for the purpose of providing the requested services.
• Upon submission, processing of your genetic data may begin immediately where necessary to provide the requested genomic analysis and services.
• Separate optional consent will be requested before any use of genetic data for research purposes. Refusal will not affect access to core services.

By proceeding, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally authorized to provide the submitted genetic information.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent at any time for future processing by contacting Reveal email. Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal or processing required to comply with legal obligations.

Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to continue providing genomic analysis services.

Retention
